Logline: Mild mannered widow (Rachel Dratch), feeling run down by the usual self-improvement programs, signs up for a BDSM workshop. 

Clever and big-hearted with a quiet melancholy to it as well. I expected BDSM to just serve as a punchline, but the comedy of it all came from a more sincere place - one of empowerment. The writer, director (and friend!) is a burgeoning talent and also produced the Academy Award winning short THE NEIGHBORS’ WINDOW (2019).MARCY is featured in Short of the Week’s best April shorts and received a special mention in comedy at the Aspen ShortsFest this year.
